Terms & Conditions – FemmeFataleFit

By purchasing or participating in any program, coaching, or service offered by FemmeFataleFit, you agree to the following terms:

1. Coaching Disclaimer

I am not a medical professional. All advice provided is based on personal experience, certifications, and training. Always consult your physician before starting any new fitness or nutrition program. You participate at your own risk.

2. Results

Results will vary based on individual effort, consistency, and other factors. FemmeFataleFit does not guarantee specific outcomes such as weight loss, muscle gain, or aesthetic changes.

3. Payment & Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable. If payment plans are offered, the client agrees to complete all payments on time. Failure to do so may result in removal from the program or legal collection action.

4. Client Responsibility

Clients agree to:

• Show up to scheduled calls or sessions on time
• Follow program guidelines to the best of their ability
• Communicate honestly and respectfully
• Not share program materials with others (all content is for personal use only)

5. Scheduling & Cancellations

Missed or canceled sessions with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited. Rescheduling is allowed with advance notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, guides, videos, and training materials are the intellectual property of FemmeFataleFit and may not be copied, shared, or distributed without written permission.

7. Confidentiality

All client information shared during coaching is confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties, except where required by law.

8. Termination

FemmeFataleFit reserves the right to terminate coaching services at any time due to abusive, unethical, or non-compliant behavior without a refund.
